Client-facing and hands-on, you''ll lead structural design across a diverse portfolio-residential, education, heritage, healthcare, and more. Expect to manage projects, mentor junior engineers, and drive innovative, practical solutions from concept to completion.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver coordinated structural designs across various sectors
• Lead project teams and oversee technical output
• Ensure quality, safety, and client satisfaction on every job
• Attend and lead design meetings, provide input into bids and proposals
• Foster strong client and team relationships

About You:

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Solid industry experience, ideally in consultancy
• Strong leadership, communication, and commercial skills
• A proactive, solution-led mindset
