Reporting directly to the local Director, the Project Manager will take ownership of design and build projects from concept to completion. You ll lead multi-disciplinary teams, strengthen our local supply chain, and deliver projects that meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and commercial performance.This role is suited to a proactive, technically capable leader who thrives in a client-facing environment and is eager to be part of an expanding business unit with tremendous growth potential.Key Responsibilities

Lead the successful delivery of multiple turnkey design and build projectsEstablish and manage project design requirements and technical solutionsOversee commercial negotiations, contractual commitments, and cost controlBuild and inspire high-performing project teams in Swindon and beyondDevelop strong client and supplier relationships to secure repeat businessEnsure delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standardsProvide leadership in risk management, project scheduling, and complianceAbout You

You ll bring the credibility and drive to inspire clients, suppliers, and colleagues alike.Essential Requirements:Degree in a construction-related disciplineChartered (MCIOB or equivalent)10+ years UK project management experience in construction (as lead PM)Strong track record of delivering complex, high-value projectsProficiency in MS Project and cost management toolsCSCS accreditation and experience in RAMS assessmentPersonal Attributes:Strong presence, excellent communicator, and natural leaderCommercially astute with proven negotiation skillsStrategic thinker who can spot risks and opportunities earlyHands-on, energetic, and driven with a collaborative leadership styleAbility to inspire trust and build lasting client relationshipsWhy join this company?
