We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated KS2 Teacher to join a supportive and progressive primary school in Aylesbury from Easter 2026. This is a full-time temp-to-perm opportunity, offering the chance to secure a permanent contract following a successful initial period.

• Assess, track, and evaluate pupil progress, using data effectively to inform future planning and targeted support.

• Foster independent thinking, resilience, and problem-solving skills through stimulating and purposeful learning experiences.

• Collaborate with colleagues to share ideas, resources, and best practice to enhance whole-school development.

• Maintain clear and constructive communication with parents and carers to support pupil achievement and wellbeing.

• Engage fully in staff meetings, school initiatives, and ongoing professional development.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with proven experience teaching in Key Stage 2.

• Strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and effective assessment methods.

• Passionate about developing motivated, confident, and independent learners.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Reflective practitioner with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
