OverviewOur Early Careers Team in EMEA identifies, attracts and engages future talent to support Macquarie’s growth. We partner with businesses to deliver inclusive strategies for junior talent acquisition, development, and engagement. By building relationships with universities and industry partners, we create a diverse pipeline of future professionals who contribute to our organisational success.
Macquarie offers hybrid working for many roles, but this position requires 3 days a week in the advertised location.
What role will you play?As an Early Careers Recruitment Coordinator, you will work closely with the Early Recruitment Partners in our London office, support them and their business stakeholders to evolve our talent attraction, events, and engagement strategy.
Your responsibilities include managing high-volume recruitment campaigns, organising and presenting at campus and industry events, and building on existing partnerships with our network of universities, societies, and student ambassadors. You will analyse event performance and provide regular updates to the team, act as the point of contact for internal employee networks, and manage events and recruitment scheduling.
