Chalk Hill Group is supporting a PE-backed business, based in Bracknell, in the appointment of an Interim Financial Controller to help lead the Finance team through a period of transformation.This six-month assignment will suit an experienced finance leader who is comfortable operating in a changing environment, providing both hands-on leadership and strategic support to the senior management team. Reporting into the Finance Director, the successful candidate will take ownership of the finance function, ensuring robust financial management while helping drive operational improvements across the business.The role will have broad responsibility across financial reporting, controls, team leadership and business partnering.
