Site Manager - Hospital Project (8 Weeks)
Location: Leicester
Rate: -260 - -280 per day
Start Date: 28th July

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to assist on a hospital project, working closely with the existing management team to help deliver key elements of the build to the highest standards.

This is a temporary 8-week contract, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced, high-spec healthcare environment.

• Support the senior management team with site quality audits and inspections.
• Oversee and coordinate subcontractors on-site to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to programme.
• Assist in enforcing and maintaining strict health & safety standards.
• Keep accurate records of site progress and reporting any issues to the Project Manager.
• Monitor snagging works and ensure remedial tasks are carried out efficiently.
• Help maintain compliance with NHS site-specific protocols where required.

• Previous experience working as a Site Manager on healthcare, education, or commercial projects.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• SMSTS, First Aid & CSCS Black Card
• Able to liaise confidently with subcontractors, consultants, and client-side personnel.
