Responsibilities Required Skills and Qualifications Main contractor experience is essential Experience across variety of sectors preferably Interior Fit-out Ability to lead, chair and influence multi party teams and stakeholders Good interpersonal skills including, communication and team building Full working knowledge of Traditional and Modern Methods of Construction Technical skills and the ability to use design and project management software Problem solving skills and creative thinking Attention to detail, Organisation and time management Ability to draw and read drawings Commercial awareness like budgeting and regulations Team working, relationship-building and influencing skills Client management skills The ideal candidate must have worked on Fast Track Commercial Fit-out or Educational institues Fit out Should this be of interest please email me your updated CV to the email below
