It is a multifaceted role, with a focus on exceptional customer care at the core of everything they do!Duties include: -Providing a friendly and courteous welcome for all visitorsHandling all incoming telephone calls and enquiries promptly using the correct salutationManaging all meeting room bookings, queries, changes and requests“Owning” all front of house areas, carrying out inspections throughout the day to check general cleanliness of multiple conference rooms and reception areasReplenishing supplies of the necessary items within the front of house areasShifts: 40 hours per week, from Mon-Fri between 07:00-18:00Salary: £31,327

QualificationsAlong with clear and effective communication skills. The successful Client Host will be familiar with room reservation operations, have a good knowledge of relevant audio-visual services and effortlessly develop rapport with others.They will be a well-presented ambassador for our client. Paying attention to the details whilst showing the ability to adapt and think outside of the box to exceed expectations wherever possible.
