Our client, a leading aerospace engineering firm based in Rochester, are looking to recruit-Production Operatives-to assist in the manufacturing, assembly and testing of their products.

As a-Production Operative-in the Wax Assembly department main duties will include:

• Assembly of wax moulds and wax runner systems
• Use of machinery and hand tools
• Handling delicate runner wax and soluble wax
• Attaching riser system to the wax moulds
• Quality checking products
• Reporting any issues with production machinery to team leaders
• Ensuring the work area is clean and tidy

The ideal-production operative-will have:

• Experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
• A light touch as you are handling delicate materials
• A good work ethic, strong attention to detail and excellent time keeping skills.
• You must be physically fit as the role may involve periods of standing and some manual lifting.
• Safety boots will be required, all other PPE provided

Hours of Work

Monday-Thursday-06:00am-4.30pm and Friday 06:00am-2.30pm. 48 hours a week.

Due to the location and 6am start time you will need a driving licence and access to a vehicle.
