Projects include roofing, brickwork, rendering, cladding, windows/doors, scaffolding and structural repairs within occupied homes.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day site operationsOversee subcontractors and direct labourEnsure works are delivered safely, on time and within budgetMaintain high quality standards and complete snaggingConduct site inductions, toolbox talks and ensure HandS complianceWork closely with Resident Liaison Officers to minimise tenant disruptionMonitor programme and provide regular progress reportsRequirementsProven experience managing external social housing refurbishment worksExperience working in occupied propertiesSMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), First AidStrong leadership and communication skillsFull UK Driving Licence
