With a strong pipeline of work and a reputation for excellence, they are now expanding into new build commercial developments - and are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their growing team.

The Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a new build commercial project in Airdrie from the ground up. You''ll play a key role in ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

Day-to-day management of site operations on a new build commercial project

Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and the wider project team

Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with health & safety regulations

Manage site documentation, progress reporting, and quality assurance

Coordinate labour, materials, and resources to meet programme deadlines

Lead site meetings and maintain clear communication with stakeholders

Requirements

Proven experience as a Site Manager on new build commercial or industrial projects

Background with refurbishment and interior fit-out contractors beneficial

SMSTS, CSCS (Black Card preferred), and First Aid at Work certified

Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills

Ability to manage programmes, budgets, and site teams effectively

Full UK driving licence
