This is a long-term position offering excellent career progression. You will work on both manual and CNC machines, producing high-quality components from drawings or samples. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate manual and CNC milling and turning machines Machine parts from drawings or samples Select tooling, speeds, and feeds Carry out one-off and batch work Inspect components using precision measuring tools Repair shafts and journals Maintain machines and safe working practices About You Proven machining experience (milling and turning essential) Ability to read engineering drawings Knowledge of machining tolerances, speeds, and feeds Experience with ferrous and non-ferrous materials On-call/rota availability Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality What s on Offer Monday to Friday, 08 00 (40-hour paid week) Overtime available at 1.5x Additional call-out rate Target bonus, up to 6 extra days holiday and team sales targets Benefits package including life and health assistance Additional holiday day for each year of service Long-term career progressio
