Key Duties Include: Cleaning and Housekeeping: Maintaining cleanliness throughout the facility, including offices, common areas, restrooms, and exterior spaces. Maintenance and Repairs: Assisting with minor repairs, maintenance tasks, and possibly working on preventative maintenance programs.
