role at TieTalent. Hybrid work arrangement. Due to awarded projects on AMP 8, a major Civil Engineering contractor is seeking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to complement their Commercial team on large infrastructure projects in Kent.Responsibilities

Post-graduate commercial experience in the construction industry with demonstrable track record of achievement (essential)Prepare monthly progress valuations and claims for work completed within deadlinesProduce monthly cost reports, forecasts, and Contract Budget reportsManage and agree Contract Compensation Events and Changes on the projectsProvide support to the Commercial Manager and liaise with Customers Commercial TeamChampion Sustainability, Safety, Health and Environment by prioritising safety and wellbeing and helping communities to thriveBe customer focused by striving for excellence through understanding, anticipating and meeting their needsQualifications

Educated to BSc Quantity Surveying or equivalent with a proven track record of commercial success on civil engineering or utility projects for tier 1 or tier 2 contractorsThorough understanding of NEC contractsEmployment details
