Job Title: Support Worker

Location: Harrogate & Surrounding Areas

Contract: Full-time & Part-time roles available (Flexible Hours)

Salary: -13.50/hr (MonFri) | -14.25/hr (SatSun)

Plus fully paid travel time at your hourly rate and 45p per mile mileage allowance

Your Role as a Support Worker:

- Deliver personalised, one-to-one care that promotes dignity and independence

- Assist with everyday activities, including personal care, mobility, meals, and medication

- Travel between client homes (with paid travel time and mileage reimbursement)

- Communicate clearly with families to provide reassurance and updates

- Record care accurately and report any changes in well-being

- Build meaningful, lasting connections with the people you support

What You'll Need

- Minimum age: 18

- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

- Right to work in the UK

- Enhanced DBS check & references (we'll guide you through this process)
