As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a critical role in managing and delivering digital marketing campaigns, driving digital strategy, and delivering measurable results. You will manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, optimise performance, and work closely with clients to ensure their marketing objectives align with business goals.Key responsibilities

Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies for B2B clients.Manage and optimise multi-channel campaigns, including PPC, social media, and email marketing.Oversee marketing automation and CRM integration to improve lead generation and nurturing.Analyse campaign performance, provide insights, and recommend improvements.Collaborate with creative and the wider Next Chapter team to align marketing efforts with clients’ commercial goals (OKRs).Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.Be instrumental to client relationships, present campaign performance reports, and provide strategic recommendations.Key Skills and Experience

Proven experience in a digital marketing role, preferably in a B2B agency environment.Knowledge of PPC (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Bing Ads), social media, and content marketing.Experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, preferable.Experience in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.).Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple clients / campaigns.Confident communication skills and the ability to present reports to clients.Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work with others to coordinate multi-channel campaigns and outputs.Data-driven mindset with a focus on ROI and performance optimisation.In addition, you must be
