We are seeking a highly organised and knowledgeable Passive Fire Administrator with proven experience in fire stopping, fire door compliance, and working knowledge of BM TRADA certification schemes. This role supports the delivery of passive fire protection works by managing administrative processes, reviewing inspection reports, and pulling together accurate quotes and estimates for Fire Door Installations, Fire Stopping and Fire Door Remedials. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance with current fire safety regulations and supporting project delivery from survey to completion. Key Responsibilities: Report Review and Interpretation Review fire stopping and fire door inspection reports (including BM TRADA reports) to identify required remedial actions. Accurately interpret technical data relating to compartmentation, penetration seals, 6and door set compliance. Flag any non-compliance or high-risk findings for prioritised action. Quoting and Estimating Compile detailed estimates and quotations for fire stopping works, fire door repairs, replacements, and upgrades. Work with operational teams and subcontractors to ensure scope of works is priced accurately and competitively. Assist in pricing variations and tender submissions where required. BM TRADA and Compliance Support Ensure all administrative procedures align with BM TRADA Q-Mark certification standards for fire stopping and fire doors. Maintain full records of installations, inspection
