What you''ll be doingTo ensure allergen segregation is always carried out correctly.Ensure materials are scanned to and from the line correctly.Ensure that the lines are supplied in full and on time with the correct materials.Ensure that all pre-start up checks is completed and the necessary paperwork is filled in.Effectively manage materials that are due to
