Duties of a Car Sales Manager:

• Lead and motivate a team of 5 sales executives to meet and exceed sales targets
• Manage high-quality customer leads, ensuring excellent customer service
• Drive the sales process in accordance with dealership standards and compliance
• Support team members in achieving individual and team goals
• Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers to promote repeat business
• Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and keep abreast of industry trends
• Monitor and report on sales performance, ensuring continuous improvement

Requirements of a Car Sales Manager:

• Proven experience as a Car Sales Manager or in a similar senior sales management role within the motor trade
• A track record of success managing teams in a dealership environment, ideally with 5+ years of relevant experience
