About the Role The Head of Community Services is a senior leadership role responsible for the operational, and clinical delivery of Nottinghamshire Hospice s community-based services. You will ensure the provision of high-quality, safe, and compassionate palliative and end-of-life care, supporting people to live as well as possible in the place they call home.
