You will also lead on OT cybersecurity, business continuity planning, and lifecycle management, working closely with internal stakeholders and external service providers. Sector Factory Maintenance / Operational Technology Non-Negotiable Requirements of the OT Manager Experience working within an OT, IT, or manufacturing technology environment Strong understanding of OT infrastructure and support within a production setting Experience managing systems, changes, and technical documentation Requirements for the OT Manager Minimum 3 years experience in a similar OT or manufacturing IT role Stron
