SHEQ Advisor - HertfordshireAn established construction company offering a wide range of services across Construction, MandE Building Services, Fit-Out, and Maintenance is seeking a dedicated SHEQ Advisor to join their team.This is a full-time, permanent position with a dynamic workload and varied responsibilities. You''ll play a key role in overseeing Health and Safety across a broad portfolio of projects, primarily based in London, while also spending time at the company''s Hertfordshire office.What''s on offer:Competitive salary (based on experience - Up to 60,000)Company car or car allowanceOpportunities for further education and career progression into senior rolesKey Responsibilities:Act as the first point of contact for Health and Safety queries via the HandS inboxMaintain and update accident and incident investigation reportsPrepare for and support ISO audits and accreditation processes (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001)Take minutes during meetings and assist with documentationConduct site visits for audits, inspections, and incident reportingDeliver training sessions, toolbox talks, and inductionsAssist with PQQs and tender submissionsLiaise with external bodies on health, safety, and environmental mattersWhat we''re looking for:Previous experience in a Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental support roleNEBOSH National General Certificate (or equivalent) - desirable but not essentialStrong communication and presentation skillsSolid understanding of risk assessment pra
