Managing Quantity Surveyor Role

You''ll take lead of the Commercial division. Overseeing 3 quantity surveyors and an assistant you''ll be responsible for overseeing the division, Profit and Loss and supporting the new generation.

Projects range from -5 million to -30 million. The projects are some of the best London has to offer.

The Managing Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

• 5 years + Experience
• Ideally you will have experience of Prime / Super prime property experience
• Experience of working for a main contractor
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• The desire to lead and build teams
