Contract: Full-time, long-term
Pay Rate: -13.69 - -15.87 per hour
Hours: 8:30am - 3:00pm (Monday to Friday)

Reeson Education is seeking a compassionate and skilled Teaching Assistant for a specialist SEN primary school in the M32 area. This full-time, long-term Teaching Assistant role will support children across EYFS and KS1 with a range of complex needs including ASD, ADHD, MLD, SEMH, SLD, Global Delay, and other learning difficulties.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will provide vital support to pupils with special educational needs, helping them access the curriculum and develop essential skills in a nurturing and inclusive environment. This Teaching Assistant position involves working 1:1, in small groups, and supporting whole-class activities depending on pupils'' needs.

The ideal Teaching Assistant will:

• Have experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a SEN or special school setting

• Be confident and patient supporting children with a variety of additional needs

• Be flexible and adaptable to support EYFS and KS1 pupils as a Teaching Assistant

• Hold an enhanced DBS or be willing to apply

• Be able to commit to full-time hours Monday to Friday
