The OpportunityThe post holders will report directly to the Head Chef and be responsible for preparing and cooking meals for customers and clients in all areas within Pavilion GardensDeliver a catering offer which produces high quality and nutritionally balanced food to ensure customer satisfaction.Responsible for aspects of the day to day catering including food safety, stock control, ordering and cleaning.To assist with the day to day operations of the catering function in order to maximise business opportunities and profitability in line with the business plan.
