As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you''ll play a key role in managing costs, maximising value, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety throughout the contract. Your day to day will include: Managing commercial resources to maximise planned gross margin through effective contract and subcontract controlManaging change control with Subcontractors inline with NEC4 procedures.Minimising risk of disallowed costs from the Client.Assessing and mitigating commercial and contractual risks whilst implementing Kier''s risk management policiesMaximising cash flow through the control, measurement, and valuation of work, including invoicing and supplier paymentsValuing work executed by subcontractors and certifying interim and final payments What are we looking for?
