The Role. We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Building Services Technician to join our team at Stratford Campus. This role will specifically support students undertaking Building services courses at Levels 1-3, working closely with teaching staff to ensure workshop environments are safe, well-resourced, and ready for high-quality technical learning. You''ll play a key part in helping our students gain the hands-on skills they need to succeed in industry. Key responsibilities. Support the Building services curriculum by preparing and maintaining tools, materials, and equipment. Monitor and report stock levels of specific materials (e.g., pipes, cables, fittings, fixtures) and replenish stock as required. Ensure the workshops are tidy, safe, and fully prepared for practical teaching sessions. Assist tutors during practical sessions as required. Contribute to curriculum delivery by pr
