Job description: Finance Administrator Location: Glasshoughton, Castleford Employment Type: Full-time Industry: Finance / Administration Overview Our client is looking to recruit a detail-oriented and organised Finance Administrator to support core financial processes within their business. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in administration and finance to join a collaborative and professional team. Key Purpose of the Role The Finance Administrator will be responsible for assisting the finance and wider central team with a variety of administrative and financial tasks, helping to ensure smooth and efficient operations across the business. Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): Input invoices into Sage Create and update supplier records in the system Raise sales invoices, process payments, and assist with credit control and filing Code invoices with nominal codes and cost centres, ensuring appropriate authorisation and accurate posting to the purchase ledger Complete monthly supplier statement reconciliations and investigate any discrepancies Process employee and credit card expenses Reconcile bank transactions Handle international invoicing and payments Provide administrative support to the central team as required Assist with ad-hoc financial and business projects Provide general office support, including answering telephone calls, greeting visitors, handling post, and supporting office maintenance Adhere to company policies an
