Warehouse Manager – Leicestershire
£32,000 – £35,000 | Full-time, Permanent | Monday–Friday, Day Shift

We’re looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager to take the lead in a small distribution centre based on the outskirts of Coalville – that ships both direct to consumers and to suppliers. You’ll be managing a small team, rolling up your sleeves when needed, and making sure everything runs smoothly day to day.
What you’ll be doing:
• Running the warehouse with a focus on planning, organisation, and efficiency.
• Overseeing stock control, keeping things accurate and flowing.
• Planning & managing goods in and goods out, making sure everything is spot on.
• Supporting and motivating your small team – leading by example, not from an office chair.
• Keeping the place shipshape and ready to meet the needs of customers and suppliers.
What we’re looking for:
• Someone who’s already got warehouse management (or strong supervisory) experience.
• Solid background in stock organisation, goods in/out, and planning.
• A hands-on leader who’s not afraid to muck in alongside the team.
• Calm under pressure, great at solving problems, and always willing to listen.
