What you''ll be doing As a Temporary Works Manager, you will be required to establish, implement and maintain the overarching procedure for the control of temporary works, ensuring all organisations are compliant with applying this procedure. Additionally, you will: Establish and maintain the Client / Principal Contractor TW procedure. Implement and monitor adoption of the procedure and record performance. Establish and manage a TW project team (Designers and Coordinators). Fulfil the role of Designated Individual for the Principal Contractor as required. Develop a TW competence model for assurance purposes. Develop a TW Training and Development plan. Develop a TW designer onboarding plan. Lead on the recruitment of TW Coordinators and Supervisors.
