We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Manager to oversee our payroll, pension, and employee benefits processes. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a subject matter expert, ensuring compliance with all regulations while providing exceptional support to our employees and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Payroll Processing: Manage the monthly payroll, ensuring adherence to remuneration policies and procedures at every stage.Employment Changes: Coordinate with the People Team and payroll providers to accurately process all employment changes, ensuring timely payments for our employees.Compliance and Reporting: Prepare P11Ds, year-end statements, and P60s, ensuring thorough review and authorization. Monitor compliance with company policies, HMRC requirements, and payroll legislation.Tax and Contributions Management: Ensure timely payments of employee taxes, national insurance, and employer pension contributions, while managing voluntary deductions.Point of Contact: Act as the primary contact for payroll queries from employees and non-executive directors, investigating and resolving discrepancies promptly.Audit and Reporting: Conduct month-end payroll reconciliations, prepare reports for
