Senior Buyer - Team Leader
Senior Buyer Team Leader Bristol Circa £48,000 + Benefits: Private healthcare, share incentive plan, 25 days annual leave, half-day Fridays, defined contribution pension, on-site canteen with subsidised meals, flexible benefits package Monday to Friday. Early finish on Fridays. This role is ideal for experienced buyers who have a strong background in supplier management, procurement, and team leadership. Applicants should have proven experience in process improvement, ERP/MRP systems, and complex manufacturing supply chains. A technical qualification (HNC/HND or Degree) and CIPS Level 4 (or equivalent experience) are desirable. Working closely with planning, engineering, and quality teams, you will be responsible for managing the full procurement cycle, ensuring materials are available to meet production schedules, and driving supplier performance. You will also lead a team of buyers, supporting their development, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with company processes.
