His academic ability is progressing however he needs help with his concentration and interaction with peers. As an SEN Teaching Assistant (ADHD) you will be demonstrating your SEN supporting skills as well as liasing with other academic professionals and healthcare leads.SEN Teaching Assistant (ADHD) The ideal candidate:Experience working with students with behavioural challenges, preferably in an educational or special education setting.Knowledge of behaviour management techniques, positive reinforcement strategies, and de-escalation methods.Ability to establish rapport and build positive relationships with students, demonstrating patience, empathy, and understanding.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of students and the educational environment.SEN Teaching Assistant (ADHD) Requirements:Previous child-based experience: A proven track record of working with children in an educational or su
