The Role As a Field Service Engineer, you ll travel across your region, with possible travel further afield, to ensure the optimal performance of advanced CNC machine tools. Your key responsibilities will include: Reactive and Preventative Maintenance Diagnosing and resolving breakdowns to minimise downtime. Machine Installations and Commissioning Setting up new machines and ensuring they run efficiently. Servicing and Repairs Conducting routine maintenance and troubleshooting complex issues. Customer Training and Support Providing guidance on machine operation and best practices. OEM Training and Development Access world class training, including visits to international sites.
