The role is about maintaining a strong and lasting client relationship and will involve:Studio briefing, raising estimates and booking in work with productionProof-reading and checking files before they go to print.Taking effective written and verbal briefsLiaising with all departmentsCommunicating with clients and customersIt would be beneficial if you have experience of sales administration, account management, business development, customer service and a drive to succeed. Relationship building and communication skills will support your success. Problem solving skills and attention to detail will be key as you will be managing clients'' requests and escalating requirements as needed.
