Are you looking for a new role supporting young people with special educational needs? SANZA Teaching Agency is working with a highly regarded SEN school in the London Borough of Harrow and is recruiting full-time SEN Teaching Assistants to join their team for the 2025/26 academic year.

This is an ideal opportunity for candidates with experience in special education who are looking to make a real difference in the lives of students with complex needs.

This modern, well-equipped and purpose-built SEN secondary school in Harrow caters to pupils aged 11-18 with a wide range of learning needs, including:

• Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

• Moderate and Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD & SLD)

• Physical disabilities and complex medical needs

• Students requiring wheelchair access and tailored 1:1 support

• Full-time SEN Teaching Assistant

• Start Date: September 2025

• Hours: 8:30am - 3:45pm, Monday to Friday

• Pay: -95 per day, paid weekly via PAYE (no umbrella companies)

• 1:1 support role with a student who uses a wheelchair

• Based in a secondary SEN setting

• Have previous experience in a special school or SEN support role

• Are confident working with students with autism, learning difficulties, and physical disabilities

• Are calm, patient, and compassionate with a flexible and proactive approach

• Possess excellent communication skills and enjoy working as part of a supportive team

• Are committed to inclusive education and making a positive impact

• Established agency with specialist SEN and mainstream consultants
