We provide regulatory advice on Irish, EU, and UK regimes and offer multi-jurisdictional advice through our relationships with local law firms worldwide.Role DescriptionThis role is for a FinTech/Payments/Crypto Lawyer in Dublin, Ireland, with a hybrid work model. Responsibilities include regulatory advice, engagement with EU and Irish institutions, legislative input, client briefings, and commercial advice. The role also involves secretariat duties for the Ireland branch of the Electronic Money Association, including organizing meetings, liaising with speakers, briefing members, and communicating with the Central Bank of Ireland and the Department of Finance.Skills/Qualifications (2-5 years)Qualified to practice law in Ireland (essential)Legal, Regulatory, or Compliance expertiseExperience in payments, crypto, FinTech regulation, and financial lawRepresentation experience in legal and policy mattersStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skillsKnowledge of FinTech and AI industry trendsLaw degree and relevant certificationsPractical contracting skills and a commercial approach
