a fixed term contra ct fo r 9 to 12 months.What you''ll be doingAs our Financial Strategy and Planning Manager, you’ll help develop our finance strategy so that it supports our broader business objectives. Working closely with the Head of Finance Strategy, you’ll assume a senior role in the finance strategy team. Designing, producing and delivering a series of complex financial models – including taking on our five-year plan, providing support to the business on bids for new projects – your reports will support and shape the business-critical decisions that will define us.Forging relationships across the business will be essential to your success, as will your ability to champion what you’re doing to drive through change. You’ll also line manage and develop the finance intern, ensuring they reach their full potential.About YouWhat you can bring to the roleQualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA) with post qualification experienceA background in Business Partnering, or commercial financeAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills, ability to create macros and build complex financial modelsExperience of providing financial strategic support within a similar-scale organisationA confident presenter with excellent communication skillsAbility to influenceBeyond that, we’re looking for someone who’ll thrive in an environment like ours.
