Support Workers/HCAs play a vital role in promoting enablement, independence, safety, and wellbeing through daily routines, therapeutic engagement, and safeguarding awareness. The role focuses on empowering CYP to build life skills, make choices, and participate meaningfully in their communities, while maintaining a trauma-informed and inclusive environment.NB: This role is based in Hertfordshire.
