The position is for a regional builder who specialise in high end residential and domestic projects. Ranging from refurbishments, extensions to new builds. Project values are typically -50k - -2.5m

The role is for a Project Coordinator carrying out the following responsibilities:

• Supporting project manager
• Purchase orders
• Administrative tasks
• Book keeping
• Liassing with sub-contractors.

Requirements for the Project Coordinator role are:

• Minimum of 1-years experience
• Administration experience
• Basic accounting, invoicing etc
