Are you an experienced BMS Project Manager looking to take ownership of exciting building management system projects with one of the industry''s leading names?

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of BMS projects from inception to completion. Based in or around Slough, this is a hybrid role that offers autonomy, flexibility, and an outstanding benefits package.

What You''ll Do

• Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of BMS projects to meet client needs and comply with regulatory standards.
• Develop detailed project plans, covering timelines, budgets, resources, and risk strategies.
• Manage scope, progress, and deliverables-proactively resolving any delays or issues.
• Be the main point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal teams-ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Conduct regular site visits in the UK and occasionally Europe to oversee installation, commissioning, and testing.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to your project teams.
• Collaborate across departments to identify opportunities for system upgrades, add-ons, or continued services.
• Maintain all project documentation from kick-off to closeout-including change orders, progress reports, and financial tracking.
• Manage project variations and ensure financial control of cost deviations.
• Champion Health & Safety best practices across all activities and sites.

What We''re Looking For

• Proven experience in BMS project management, ideally with Trend, Schneider EcoStruxure, or Tridium systems (ALC system experience a bonus-training provided if needed).
• Strong understanding of project management tools and methodologies.
• Confident leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and build relationships at all levels.
• Problem-solver with high attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
• Flexible with travel for site visits in the UK and occasional work in Europe.
• Full UK driving licence, CSCS skill card or equivalent, and an EU/UK passport.
• Must be PC literate and located within reasonable commuting distance to Slough, West Drayton, or Hayes.
