Job Description: We are seeking a Payment Solution Architect with deep experience in banking and payments to own architecture decisions for a suite of payment applications. The role focuses on defining end-to-end solution designs, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards, and guiding delivery teams to build scalable, secure, and high-performance payment systems. Key Responsibilities: Own and drive architecture design and decisions across multiple payment applications. Define solution vision, system interactions, interfaces, and non-functional requirements. Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, governance standards, and regulatory requirements. Lead architecture trade-off decisions covering scalability, security, resilience, and availability. Act as a trusted advisor to technology leadership, product owners, and delivery teams. Drive adoption of architecture standards, patterns, and roadmaps. Mentor junior architects and collaborate with global delivery teams. Required Experience and Skills: 20+ years in IT with 10+ years in Solution Architecture. 5+ years in Banking / Financial Services, preferably Payments. Strong expertise in microservices architecture, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), containers, Kafka, and distributed systems. Proven experience designing high-throughput, low-latency applications.
