Nova Founders Capital is searching for experienced or aspiring Managing Directors for their Search Funds. You will get the unique opportunity to acquire or start new companies to expand our existing portfolio, or become Managing Director of an existing company within our portfolio.You will become part of an ambitious network and have a dedicated Board of Directors consisting of experienced founders, board members and CEOs that have started, acquired, built and exited various companies.You will receive both significant upside in your work with compensation geared mostly towards equity of 10-20% depending on the business, and a base salary of up to 80K GBP.Your Responsibilities

As Managing Director, you will have the sole responsibility of building and growing your business. Specific tasks vary by the stage and company, and will include:Build a world-class organisationBuild, lead, develop and motivate an exceptional teamDefine and execute strategies to drive results across all functionsRecruit the right people and continuously develop the employeeBe fully responsible for the PandL and day-to-day operationsWhat we expect from you
