This role is commutable from all areas of Leicestershire, Derby and Nottingham.You''ll help to lead the finance team and ensure the accurate reporting, profitability and efficiency of the business operations.What are the key responsibilities of the Finance Manager? Oversee all financial reporting, management accounts, and forecasting for the business and subsidiaries.Ensure timely preparation of monthly and annual accounts, VAT returns, and audit requirements.Manage cash flow, credit control, and supplier payments to maintain financial health.Lead budgeting, financial analysis, and variance reporting to support strategic decision-making.Supervise and develop the finance team, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.Liaise with auditors, banks, and HMRC, maintaining strong financial governance.Safeguard company assets, monitor stock valuation, and oversee insurance policies.
