Technical Sales Specialist

(Analytical Chemistry background) to join a leading scientific manufacturing company in East London.As the Technical Sales Specialist you will use your scientific analytical chemistry knowledge and sales skills to consult with customers on the various products and services offered. You will be the main point of contact for customers, providing technical advice and demonstrating the company’s products.Responsibilities

Develop and maintain new and existing customer relationships.Analyse customer’s needs to advise and recommend products.Prepare tenders, proposals and quotes.Negotiate contracts including terms and conditions.Work with RandD and other departments on sales literature.Ideal candidates will be

Degree qualified in Chemistry or Analytical Chemistry with previous experience working as an Analytical Chemist.You will also have experience in a customer focused role.Previous experience in a Scientific sales role or an account manager role is highly desirable.As a Scientific Sales Specialist you will have the ability to negotiate and influence others, and have strong MS Excel skills.Salary and opportunities
