Monitor and manage performance to meet key deliverables. Leading meetings and forums to enhance joint working. Engaging employers to develop partnerships. The Service IPS into Work is a dedicated team that supports residents in finding meaningful, sustainable paid employment that fits into their career aspirations and recovery journey.
