T his is a busy role, supporting the preparation of meals for our Day and Boarding community using fresh and locally sourced ingredients.As a Chef, you will prepare meals following recipe specification on quantity, portion and quality in a timely manner taking guidance and instruction from the Head and Senior Chef on meal preparation, production and service.The ideal candidate will demonstrate a real passion for cooking with fresh locally sourced produce and will work positively with a professional team of Chefs, supporting and leading the junior members of the team. You will need to be organised, self-motivated and able to work well under pressure. You will possess a minimum Level 1 and Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering and have a good standard of literacy and numeracy.
