You will be approachable and detail focused, ensuring that our children''s safety is assured at all times, and that all protocols and regulations are fully adhered to. Do you have what it takes to encourage and help our children to live independently and guide and teach them with your own life experiences? To do this we believe you will need empathy, compassion, resilience and positive parenting skills. The working day can be very unpredictable and you could find yourself spending the entire morning Organising activities and the afternoon providing 1:1 support.
