Arranging Service Department bookings.
Ensure efficient workshop loading, whilst attending to all customer requirements to the expected standards.
Up selling works to be completed and special offers
Invoicing
Ordering & invoicing Parts
 
Skills and Qualifications of a Service Advisor
Must have previous experience as a Service Advisor
Computer Literate
Previous experience Upselling  
Full manual UK Driving Licence
