Full-Time Hospitality Assistant for a Leading Investment Firm in Central London. Start ASAP.We are currently seeking an efficient and proactive Hospitality Assistant with previous experience in corporate city firms.
The ideal candidate will be a positive individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well within a team.The role combines both hospitality and reception duties, where you will be responsible for providing guests with the best possible service. Day to day you will be supporting the Hospitality Team with meeting room management, serving food and drinks during meetings and fine dining lunches, as well as ensuring all catering requirements are met to the highest standard.When covering reception (approx. 2 hours per day), your duties will include managing the switchboard, greeting guests and monitoring the meeting rooms. Additionally, you may occasionally be required to assist the Events Team with general administrative tasks.The client is seeking a professional and discreet individual who can be relied on to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. The position is Monday-Friday from 9am-6pm, however a degree of flexibility is required to assist with occasional evening events. Basic computer skills as well as excellent written and spoken English are essential.Please see the job summary below:Role:
